What's the maximum file size I can convert?

The current budgets are a 10 MB file, 256 directory entries, 9 MB of unique embedded image data, 32 MB of decoded pixels and generated PNG output, 24 MB of PNG input to a ZIP, and a 25 MB ZIP archive. Work that exceeds a required budget is stopped or excluded from that download.

Can I convert multiple files at once?

The converter handles one ICO file at a time. Select "Choose another ICO" to process the next file.

What if my ICO file contains multiple sizes?

Every directory entry is listed. The largest available image is selected by default, but you can preview and download any available entry or save all available entries in one ZIP.

What happens if one embedded image is damaged or unsupported?

That entry is marked with its own error and excluded from downloads. Other entries remain available. If the ICO header or directory itself is invalid, the converter stops and reports a file-level error.
